Talk to HemaCoreWhat is HemaCore?
HemaCore is a cloud Laboratory Management System that connects patient requests, specimens, results, quality control, and analyzer interfaces with inventory, billing, accounting, and HR operations.
Does it support multiple branches?
Yes. HemaCore supports branch management and switching, assigned branch access, branch inventory, and turnaround reporting across the branches a user can access.
Can HemaCore connect to our analyzers?
The instrument connector supports HL7 v2 over MLLP and ASTM over serial or TCP connections. The team needs to review your analyzer’s protocol, test codes, and connection requirements to confirm compatibility.
Can patients access their results?
Yes. The patient portal uses one-time verification by mobile or email, through configured messaging services. Patients can view released results, including the available results in partially released requests.
Does it support Saudi e-invoicing?
HemaCore includes ZATCA Phase 1 QR codes and Phase 2 workflows for signing, reporting or clearance, and submission status tracking. Activation requires the laboratory’s e-invoicing configuration and onboarding.
